Below are our published rental rates for weddings, smaller gatherings, and private dinner parties — along with the catering, beverage, and rental add-ons available. For anything custom, reach out and we will put together a quote.

Weddings & Large Events

50 to 100 guests.

Includes valet service and security service. Posted rates are peak-season rental fees; off-peak (Nov — Feb) deducts $1,000 from the posted rate.

Private Dinner Parties

An evening for 2 — 24 guests.

Reserved as the venue allows. Reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Each dinner is a 3 — 4 hour seating between 2 PM and 10 PM.

$250 space rental

Available any day, subject to availability.

Full-course meal including dessert — $60 — $75 per guest, depending on menu

Bringing in food?

$500 Kitchen Use Fee

Food may be brought in or prepared by an off-site caterer or the party organizer. No food may be left on site after your event, and the kitchen must be cleaned and left as found. The fee covers normal wear and tear and insurance costs. The kitchen includes freezers, refrigerators, ovens, warmers, a steam table, prep tables, a beverage cooler, and five sinks.
